What is Our Recycling Process?

Recycling is a process that involves collecting, sorting, processing, and converting waste materials into new products or raw materials. Here’s an overview of how our recycling process works:

Collection: The first step in the recycling process is the collection of recyclable materials. This can be done through various means, such as curbside collection by municipal waste management services, drop-off centers, or specialized recycling facilities.
Sorting: Once collected, the recyclable materials are sorted into different categories based on their type, such as glass, plastics, paper, metals, and others. Sorting can be done manually or using advanced machinery and technologies.
Processing: After sorting, the materials undergo processing to prepare them for reuse. For example, plastics may be shredded or melted to create raw materials for manufacturing new products. Paper can be pulped and converted into new paper products.
Conversion: The processed materials are then converted into new products or raw materials. For instance, recycled glass can be used to create new bottles and jars, while recycled metal can be used to make new cans or construction materials.
